About King Clam

King Clam was born 2 years ago in Dallas, TX - a female fronted rock band originating from the minds of Guitarist and Singer Skyler Chilton and Dallas native Scarlett McPherson. When they first met as coworkers they discovered a shared love for songwriting and growling out powerhouse rock vocals. King Clam has played locally and regionally while using the downtime of the pandemic to incubate an albums worth of music. Their first official single from the album will be released Friday July 8th, 2022- available to stream on all platforms. Bassist Austyn Williams completes the ensemble which perform unapologetically with a gender fluidity and unabashed feminism like none other.
